If the LiSC services, servers or websites refuse connections, check the LiSC firewall and make sure that your network address has access to LiSC.
Please keep your personal data and contact information (email address!) up-to-date by using the LiSC account manager.
Please read the LiSC documentation carefully. Our helpdesk team updates the docs continuously according to all recent requests. Often, the docs provide the information you need to solve your problem. Please check the "Frequently asked questions" in particular.
The LiSC helpdesk supports you in all scientific and technical questions that you cannot solve by yourself. We like to support you quickly and efficiently. Problem reports need to be fully reproducible. Please describe the problem in detail, provide a minimal reproducible example and all relevant information to run it (further reading: Ten simple rules for reporting a bug).
Please _NEVER_ share your password with anyone else, also not with the LiSC helpdesk.
