LiSC helpdesk request: filesystem group quota extension

Check first Please read the storage policy. Only group heads or PIs can request quan increase of group quotas. Before requesting an increase of a group quota, make sure that your entire group uses the storage efficiently and that no space can made free by removing unnecessary files.
